   Glenn Guadagno officially got his start in excavation, demolition and construction at the age of 14 as a summer laborer on job sites. He quickly worked his way up to a machine operator – where he learned the importance of “measure twice, cut once” and started honing his skills as a perfectionist. In all of the years since, his attention to detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction, demolition, shoring and pouring of concrete. 

   In 1977, he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, father & uncle by creating his own company, Avanti Commercial Corp. Although Glenn represents more than 45 years of experience of his own, he has assembled a team of skilled and seasoned industry professionals who embrace his corporate culture of uncompromising customer service, quality craftsmanship and community involvement. Today, Avanti Commercial Corp's private and public sector clients run the gamut from world class hotels and office buildings such as Trump Plaza, to religious municipalities such as Christian Cultural Center, to government entities like HRD and School Contractors Authority, to single and multiple family homes.
